E121 OF 2024 By Salome Rotich, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rotich Chepter, who died at Iten County Refferal Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By Rosalina Kibet, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teriki Chesum, who died at Tenden, on 23rd August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Kibor Shogoti and (2) Magdalena Koburkwony Kandagor, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo Kelendich, who died at Seretyo, on 4th May, 2004. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2025 By (1) Reuben Kipkemoi Kogo and (2) Pius Kiptum Yano, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikono Kibor alias Kikono Bon, who died at Korongoi Sub-location, on 24th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By Musa Kipserem Rotich, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemitei Chelimo Kibikos alias Chemitei Chelimo who died at Chebokokwo Sub-location, on 14th November, 1993. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025 By (1) Salina Sogomo Kipkorir and (2) John Kipchumba Kipkech, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkech Chepkurui, who died at Cheptulon, on 1st July, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
