E37 OF 2025 By Wilfred Ashiembi Ingwe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ingwe Aluchio alias Ingwe Aluchio, who died on 29th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025 By Fatuma Ogode Asira, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asira Manyasi, who died on 19th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025 By Arthur Okoko Welinga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okoko Welinga, who died on 25th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025 By (1) Livingstone Mamayi Wanyonje and (2) Morice Owino Namayi, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wanyonje Kutoyi alias Wanyonje Kutoyi, who died on 4th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
