TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025 By Steve Okiri Allan, of P.O. Box 22604–00505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Allan Okiri alias Alan Okiri, who died at Ram Hospital, on 3rd September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Atieno Onyango and (2) Ronald Omondi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 117–40109, Wang’chieng in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Oremo Ondiek alias Oremo Ondiek, who died at Kakangutu East, on 3rd September, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
