CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2025 By (1) Gilbert Osewe Onyango (2) Syllas Omondi Onyango, of P.O. Box 218, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Onyango Oka alias Onyango Oila, who died at Kachieng, on 1st December, 2009.
