TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2021 By (1) Joyce Atieno Achiando and (2) Collins Odhiambo Gombe, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Achiando alias Gombe Achiando, who died on 4th May, 1982. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By Diana Hilda Opondo, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Joseph Okumu, who died on 10th July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2025 By Jacob Naboth Olawo Oduogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Okuku Oduogo, who died on 9th January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
