TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By David Onyango Auma, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Auma Majanga alias Auma Majanga, who died at Kadik Sub-location, on 7th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2025 By Joseph Otieno Ochome, of P.O. Box 87, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ogweno Osiro alias Michael Ogweno Osino, who died at Karabondi Sub-location, on 25th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
