TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025 By (1) Judith Atieno Ongoro and (2) Olga Akoth Ongoro, both of P.O. Box 99, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ongoro Jairo, who died at Kowuor East Sub-location, on 16th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2025 By Kepher Ochieng Aruga, of P.O. Box 99, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mwagi Janam alias Mwagi Janam, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 13th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
