TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Mwangi Mbuki and (2) Cyrus Ndungu Mbuki, both of P.O. Box 347, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Wakarima Mbuki, who died at Provincial General Hospital, on 23rd October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By Paul Wachira Githinji, of P.O. Box 568, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Githinji Kariri alias Joseph Githinji Kareri, who died at Mucharage Village, on 4th July, 1999. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By Irene Kagure Wachira, of P.O. Box 67, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyi Kibariki akias Kanyi s/o Kibariki, who died at Witima Sub-location, in 1960. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
