TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By Lenah Naliaka Timothy, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Babia Walela, who died at Kukwangali, Milo, on 1st November, 1987. THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th August, 2025 CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By David Maikuma Ngano, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate annexed to the estate of Sihundu Changulo, who died at Muchi Location, on 26th June, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
