Box 795, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rujina Nyadwera, who died at Nyadenda, on 3rd June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025 By Nicholas Otieno Apiyo, of P.O. Box 126–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Apiyo Opepo, who died at Kasule Sub- location, on 18th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2025 By Immaculate Atieno Kipyego, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benter Obonyo, who died on 23rd May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2025 By Thomas Okoyi Muguti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maguti Awala Oruma alias Maguti Awala, who died on 12th September, 1990. CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2025 By Rispa Akoko Mirere, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Akoko Mbaya alias Akoko Mbaja, who died on 7th January, 1987.
