TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 177 OF 2023 By John Owino Okoth, of P.O. Box 260–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Odhiambo, who died at Doho West, on 15th September, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
