TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2025 By (1) Otanga Okello Ojoro and (2) Filmina Adhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Okeno, who died at Siaya, on 23rd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2025 By Christine Atieno Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Oduor Oluoch, who died on 1st February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
