TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025 By (1) Janet Aoko Sungu and (2) Rockliff Odhiambo Sungu, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karen Bunde Sungu alias Karen Bunde w/o Sungu, who died on 30th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025 By Wilfrida Anyango Tiengo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Tiengo Okula alias Raphael Tiengo Okulo, who died on 14th July, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
