E73 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Omondi Waturi, (2) Helida Awuor Milambo and (3) Dorine Adhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s grandson, widow and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeconia Milambo Awuor, who died at Nyabera, on 20th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By David Abidha Anumo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Anumo Owenda, who died at Kibos Road Nursing Home, on 6th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By (1) Joash Akelo Bala and (2) Gilbert Gumba, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Anumo Owenda, who died at S. Ramba Sub-location, on 11th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By (1) Agnes Apiyo Ododa and (2) Henry Odhiambo Mamba, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tinyo Ousa, who died at Naya, Rarieda, on 2nd August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
