TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Daniel Kiplagat Cheribot, of P.O. Box 154, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptarus arap Misoi, who died at Kapsabaot, on 15th December, 1983. THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th August, 2025 CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Leah Buigut, of P.O. Box 976, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabet Kiptoo alias Hosea Tabet arap Kipto, who died at Sangalo, on 7th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
