Box 1–90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muthui Mutuku, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 7th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025 By Mary Njeri Kabugu, of P.O. Box 52, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabaki Waigwa, who died at N.K.C.H., on 24th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Wangui Nyambura, (2) Margaret Wanjiru Nyambura and (3) Mary Wambui Nyambura, all of P.O. Box 997–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Nyambura Njuguna alias Rebecca Nyambura, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
