TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Yassin Mohamed and (2) Abdallah Mohamed Salim, both of P.O. Box 614–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Salim, who died at Magundu, on 8th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
