APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 5 of the First Schedule of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017, and following the resignation of Agnes Chepkirui as the female member of the Kericho County Assembly Service Board, the Board appoints— TOO MILLICENT CHEMUTAI as female member of the Board, with effect from the 22nd July, 2025. Her tenure and responsibilities are as spelt out in section 12 (6) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 11 of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017, respectively.
