IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (2) of the
Education (Kenya Institute of Special Education) Order, 1986, the
Cabinet Secretary for Education re-appoints–

as a Member of the Council for the Kenya Institute of Special
Education, for a further period of three (3) years, with effect from the
