REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Philip Mwaniki Wainaina and (2) Grace Wangoi Njogu, as the administrators of the estate of (1) Joseph Wainaina Muchina and (2) Naomi Njeri Muchina (deceased), both of P.O. Box 337, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 5572/7 (Original No. 5572/4/3), situate in the south east of Kitale Municipality in Trans Nzoia District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 8730/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
