REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Ali Salim, of P.O. Box 98282–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land known as 4238/33, containing 1.893 hectares or thereabout, situate in the south west of Malindi Township (Roka) in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 14606/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
