WHEREAS Mathew Akelo Ambam, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that property, situate in Kisumu County, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Ojola/2893, 2976, and 2321, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said by certificate of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
