THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Joseph Omeno L. Omunanga, of P.O. Box 83, Bukura
in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of
land, situate in the county of Kakamega, registered under title No.
Marama/Inaya/1035, virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas
sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate
of title, issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a
replacement title provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
