WHEREAS Stephen Ngei Musyoka (ID/11815479), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Kidomaya/26, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
