REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Chandrakant Hemraj Haria and (2) Priti Chandrakant Haria, both of P.O. Box 31861-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Apartment B2 on ground floor on Block B on ground floor erected on parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 209/180, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 119710, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
