THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nawid Limited, of P.O. Box 40868–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 214/314 (Original No. 214/80/3), situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered as GLA N35 Folio 405/20 File 11137, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
