THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hasmukharai Purshottam Patel and (2) Shamir Hasmukhrai Patel, both of P.O. Box 48725–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 14828/6–Kilifi containing 0.8007 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the north of Kilifi Town in the Kilifi District, registered as CR. No. 20323 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
