REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ali Said Balala, (2) Mohamed Said Faraj, (3) Faraj Said Balala, (4) Hassan Said Faraj and (5) Abdulaziz Said Faraj, all of P.O. Box 85205–80100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as Portion 9329-Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered as L.T. 21 Folio 836K File 6943, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
