REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kiplangat Cherono, of P.O. Box 155, NAkuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Kampi ya Moto Block 2/105 (Koisamo), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
