REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yusuf Mohamed Haji (ID/22034740), of P.O. Box 16672, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Kitui District, registered under title 6424 6424 No. Nzambani/Kyanika/4472, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof has been lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
