REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Enock Abucheri Orabo (ID/0678064), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kakamega County, known as Marama/Inaya/675, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said piece of land has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
