REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martin Charo Karisa, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.44 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Kadzonzo/Madzimbani/1766, situate in Kilifi District, and whereas the land said register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, the property register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) of the Act.
