THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngichiri Kathei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.30 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Ngariama/Mikarara/142, and whereas the Judge in the Kerugoya Law Courts in Succession Cause No. E318 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Sicily Muthoni Ngiciri and (2) James Muriithi Ngiciri, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Sicily Muthoni Ngiciri and (2) James Muriithi Ngiciri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngichiri Kathei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
