THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Ireri Mbugua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.87 acre or thereabouts, known as Karai/Gikambura/1519, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrare’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E275 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Mary Tabitha Wambui Ngugi and (2) Damaris Waithira, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Jackson Ireri Mbugua (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been 6426 6426 received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Mary Tabitha Wambui Ngugi and (2) Damaris Waithira, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson Ireri Mbugua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
