GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13803

WHEREAS Kiberege Rinjuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Maara, known as Mwimbi/Kiraro/701, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. E61 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Njagi Kanampiu (ID/5099130), and whereas the said Njagi Kanampiu (ID/5099130), has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator (L.R.A 39) and whereas the said land title deed in respect of Kiberege Rinjuri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in favour of Njagi Kanampiu (ID/5099130), and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiberege Rinjuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
