THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Gaitho Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.0873 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyahururu Municipality Block 4/79, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 510 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Julia Muthoni Gaitho (ID/5241718, (2) Jason Ndung’u Gaitho and (3) Jeremiah Gichuhi Gaitho and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Gaitho Ndungu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Joseph Gaitho Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
