REGISTRATION

WHEREAS in the Chief Magistrate Court at Bungoma LDT No. 61 of 2010, has ordered that the respondent to surrender title certificate to parcel of land, known as E.Bukusu/N.Kanduyi/5031, and whereas Joyce Nasambu Namaru had been issued with land title deed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, the land registrar Bungoma shall proceed to issue a new certificate of title in respect of the land parcel No. E.Bukusu/N.Kanduyi/5031, in the joint names of (1) Gladys Nafula Wamalwa, (2) Jane Naliaka Wamalwa, (3) Beatrice Nabwara Wamalwa and (4) Joyce Nasambu Namaru, and production of the earlier title deed issued shall be dispensed with.
