REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mark Kipsum Misoi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 14/1066, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 76 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Rosaline Misoi and (2) Justus Kipkoech Sum, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mark Kipsum Misoi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
