REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hava Isak Suleiman, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that property known as Narok/Township/14, situate in the Narok County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in HCCC/659 of 1997 vide a decree dated 17th March, 2011 ordered that the said parcel be registered in the name of Zubeda Bhachu and the registration of Hava Isak Suleiman and a certificate of lease issued on 13th August, 1996 which was fraudulently acquired be cancelled and revoked, notice is given that the said certificate of lease issued to Hava Isak Suleiman is cancelled and consequently revoked and has no effect. That I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed to enter the name of Zubeda Bhachu in the register and issue certificate of lease as ordered by court unless the same is stayed, varied or set aside.
