THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacob Buluma Akuche (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, situate in the district of Busia, known as Bukhayo/Matayo/3106 and 3108, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Busia in Succession Cause No. 508 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Charles Buluma Oduory, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Jacob Buluma Akuche (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jacob Buluma Akuche (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
