GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13838

WHEREAS Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kadero Got Nyabondo/2922, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E174 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Samson Oluoch Omulo, (2) Hesbon Gordon Otieno Omulo, (3) Jacob Oluoch Elly and (4) Sarah Odinga Omulo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
