REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mwamburi Mwachia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.60 hectare or thereabouts, known as Werugha/Shigharo/Sungululu/1262, situate in the district of Wundanyi, and whereas in the court at Wundanyi Wudanyi in Succession Cause No. E4 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Beatrice Kivunga Mwalugha, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Beatrice Kivunga Mwalugha, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Mwamburi Mwachia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
