PURSUANT to the provisions of section 11 (h) and section 163 (1) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority notifies the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by Hydrobox Kenya Limited for Mwangaza Hydro Power Station mini-grid site in Kirinyaga County.
