NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 903, in Volume D1, Folio 314/3241, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Jacqueline Wangu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 25953–00504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jacqueline Beth Wangu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jacqueline Beth Wangu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jacqueline Wangu Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jacqueline Wangu Kariuki only.
