NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 485, in Volume D1, Folio 300/3123, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Adan Nishow Samow, of P.O. Box 42– 70300, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Adan Oyow Samow, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Adan Oyow Samow, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adan Nishow Samow, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Adan Nishow Samow only.
