WHEREAS Frankline Mwirigi Mwarania, of P.O. Box 105405– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Apartment No. CA004, erected on that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/450, situate in north west of Athiriver in the Machakos District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 123176/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
