WHEREAS Begumsultan Nizaarali Manji, as the administrator of the estate of Nizaarali Samji Manji (deceased), of P.O. Box 32375– 00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Flat No. 3 erected on a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 16th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE 209/4551, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 36099/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
