REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Aluvisia Ndede, is registered as proprietor of all that property, situate in Uasin Gishu County, by a virtue of a title deed, known as Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 10 (Lamaiywet)/838, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
