REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Nyanchama Nyariki, of P.O. Box 4604–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Uasin Gishu/Illula Settlement Scheme/3093, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
