THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Crispus Mwakai and (2) Irene Wanjiku Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 14831, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 1/1787, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
